St. Charles Consulting Group would like to recruit, train and enable more partners and employs a pragmatic and structured 3 stage approach to successfully bringing partners on board:

  1. Evaluation
    • Partner and St. Charles Consulting Group explore the potential in a partnering relationship
  2. Enablement
    • Partner seeks a first customer to deploy RapidMapper
    • Partner trains two consultants with assistance from St. Charles Consulting Group with the key skills needed to deploy, configure and train customer to use RapidMapper
    • Partner and St. Charles Consulting Group jointly deploy a first customer successfully
  3. Joint Business Growth
    • Partner and St. Charles Consulting Group go through the formal agreements process and Partner becomes an official certified partner
    • Partner and St. Charles Consulting Group sit down and do joint business planning for the relevant channel or region
    • St. Charles Consulting Group continues to provide technical and marketing support for RapidMapper in the relevant region or channel
